The program will use a sentence data base and perhaps one other data
base described by sentences.  There will be knowledge about knowledge.

Features:

	1. Solves problems, i.e. find(x,P(x))

	2. Knows about knowledge.

	3. Uses circumscription or other non-monotonic reasoning

	4. Uses programs when it concludes that it should.

	5. Programs cause information in data base to change

	6. "observation" of data base gives rise to sentences

	7. Does design before construction.
